We utilize an exceptionally selective recruitment process. Overall, approximately 1 in 200 applicants actually gets the opportunity to interview with us and we only hire 1 candidate out of 40 to 50 interviews. Our support team is made up of highly motivated and talented support staff who have technical degrees, certifications and a strong will to solve the toughest of IT challenges presented to them. We only employee talent who understands what true customer service is. They must have at least 3 years of experience working in an externally facing IT service department and must be the type of person who can thrive under the pressure of working in a world class IT department.
